Imperious Bublinky is the trading name of David Philpott and Associates Ltd, a consultancy providing advice and strategic solutions to the leaders of charities, social enterprises and public sector organisations.

How do those charged with the good governance of any not for profit know if the organisation is being well run and fulfilling its potential? Often unrewarded by remuneration, Chairs and trustees bear ultimate responsibility and indeed liability for any manner of things that might go wrong. My role is to work with boards and senior staff to understand the culture and vision of an organisation and make recommendations for improved governance, management and financial performance.

I have over 30 years’ experience of working in the UK, USA and AFRICA in a career which has spanned local government, Christian Missions, the National Health Service, broadcast media, event and conference management, international development work and leadership as a Chief Executive in the fields of medicine and aviation.
